Abstract :

The purpose of this contribution is to recall and clarify the key technical requirements for the building design and the parameters of the new ITU headquarters building premises, as previously defined by the Council and the Plenipotentiary Conference, which cannot be subject to descoping or downgrading. The facilities listed in the contribution and their requirements may only be revised with a view to the improvement of their parameters.
