Abstract :

The 2023 session of the Council "requested the secretariat to examine the proposals made by Romania to improve the conference roll-out, to consult the Member States on possible improvements to PP, including review of the election procedures and ethical guidelines, and to present the findings to Council-24". Further to a consultation launched in February (CL-24/11), this report summarizes the input from Member States.
