Abstract :

This document presents the situation of the after-service health insurance (ASHI) liability as of 31 December 2022, in line with the request made by the Council at its 2014 session to receive annual reports from ITU on the ASHI liability and cost proposals to partially fund this liability, consistent with Recommendation 6 of the External Auditor's reports on the accounts for 2012.
