Abstract :

Discussions at Council 2022 explored ITU Telecom events 2019-2022, potential future events, as well as the findings of the first phase assessment of events and possible next steps from the independent external management consultancy (Dalberg).
Document C22/10 outlines the discussions which took place around the ITU Telecom events following the presentation by Dalberg.
Council 2022 noted Document C22/10 and agreed to transmit it, along with the summary record of the discussion from the fourth plenary meeting (included in Annex 1), to the Plenipotentiary Conference for consideration and decision.
