Abstract :

This document presents proposals from the ITU secretariat on the recommendations included in the "Feasibility study on establishing an ITU training institute", which was presented to the VCC in June 2021. VCC concluded that the secretariat would review ITU's capacity-development activities and develop a proposal on how they could be improved and strengthened, taking into consideration the findings and recommendations of the report.
