Abstract :	The ITU Standardization Sector has seen a significant increase in new members, new communities, new activities and meetings than in previous years. PP-18 and WTSA-16 have new instructs in various resolutions for additional work for TSB to execute. Workload for TSB staff has kept increasing considerably, while the number of posts in TSB has stayed constant over the last two decades with around 65 posts. TSB kindly requests additional staff resources.
