Abstract :

The United States proposes that TDAG consider and recommend possible ways in which ITU-D can leverage and promote the study groups' final reports in the period until a postponed WTDC, without the need to re-open the Study Question reports or subject them to further meetings or revisions. The United States also proposes that TDAG agree that where there is consensus to continue an existing study Question, the existing Study Group management teams can lead the new aspects of those Questions and attempt to resolve the remaining open issues with the other proposed future Questions in advance of the delayed WTDC-21.
