Abstract :

This document provides an overview of the evolution of ITU-D membership. It also recommends actions to strengthen this membership in accordance with the outcomes of the World Telecommunication Development Conference of 2017 (WTDC-17) and the Plenipotentiary Conference of 2018. ITU-D membership includes Sector Members, Associates and Academia.
