Abstract :

Council 2016 documents C16/72 and C16/70 provide, respectively, an update on the security modernization project on building access, and the proposal to develop an Organizational Resilience Management System (ORMS) for business continuity and disaster recovery. In that connection, Council 16 was informed about the forthcoming UN Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) assessment of the security level in Switzerland, and Council 2017 would be advised of the consequences for ITU.
The main findings of that assessment are summarized in this document.
