Abstract :

Summary
This document presents the draft four-year rolling Operational Plan for the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) for the period 2016-2019.
The Plan is published pursuant to No. 223A of Article 18 of the ITU Convention which provides that the operational plan of activities to be undertaken by the Telecommunication Development Bureau shall be prepared annually, on a four-year rolling basis.
Action required
The Council is requested to review and approve the draft four-year rolling Operational Plan for ITU-D for 2016-2019 and to adopt the draft Resolution presented in Document C15/39.
