  • The pilot edition of the Women in Cyber Mentorship Programme, organized by ITU, FIRST, and EQUALS, was held for Africa and the Arab States and featured guided monthly mentorship circles, a series of inspirational webinars, and technical and soft skills training courses. 91% of the participants expressed that the programme enabled them to have a clearer perspective on their career goals in cybersecurity.
