The 11th meeting of the Expert Group on ICT Household Indicators (EGH) took place on 18, 19 and 21 September 2023 in Geneva, Switzerland. The EGH meeting was held back-to-back with the 14th meeting of the Expert Group on Telecommunication/ICT Indicators (EGTI)​, which took place from 18 to ​21 September 2023. A joint EGTI-EGH meeting on the ICT Development Index (IDI) was held on 18 and 19 September 2023. 

The objective of the 11th EGH meeting was to examine the contributions received from members of the EGH online discussion forum over the current working period, with a view to finalizing the items under discussion.

The topics covered during the EGH meeting included a report of the subgroup on e-waste indicators in household surveys, a report of the subgroup on the development of indicators measuring OTT services (jointly with EGTI), and a report of the subgroup on ICT skills to develop aggregate skills indicators.

EGH meetings are open to all ITU members and experts in the field of ICT statistics and data collection.

The documents concerning the meeting, including the preparatory documents for the discussions were made available in the EGH online forum. The meeting was held in CICG Geneva. Remote participation was offered for this meeting. Interpretation in the six ITU official languages and captioning in English was provided for this meeting.
