High Level Segment 2008 was inaugurated by two Heads of State, H.E. Mr Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, and H.E. Mr Blaise Compaor�, President of Burkina Faso, as well as by United Nations Secretary-General Mr Ban Ki-moon via video message.
