Episode #26: Digital transformation of mobility: Paving the way for road safety
Description
Digital transformation in the transport sector has laid the foundation for emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) being employed to improve accident-related data collection and data analysis. These technologies can also be leveraged to improve road infrastructures, to enable more effective post-crash responses as envisioned by regulatory frameworks in the transport sector.
The aim of this webinar was to examine the existing application of modern technologies like AI, IoT, digital twin in fostering different SAE levels of autonomous driving and thereby leading a transformational change in the domain of smart mobility.
