Dr. Soha Elzalabany has extensive experience in the field of education, having served as a school principal, teaching and learning program director, special and gifted education coordinator, and teacher in several K-12 international schools in Egypt for over 20 years. As an educator, she has implemented an inclusive support system to accommodate the diverse learning and behavioral needs of students with learning difficulties as well as gifted students. Additionally, she has worked as an instructor at the American University in Cairo since 2013 and has been promoted to lead the educational leadership diploma-level track at the same university.
Moreover, Dr. Elzalabany has presented cases on building the inclusive capacity of general educators and leadership at several national, regional, and international conferences. Her doctoral studies focus on developing school leadership and systems that include all students in general education settings. She holds a doctoral degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in special and inclusive education from the University of London.
