Biographies

Sheetal Kumar is an expert in internet governance, digital technology policy and human rights. She is currently a consultant with Global Partners Digital (GPD) and previously led their engagement and advocacy work across GPD’s policy areas (including emerging technologies, internet governance, content governance and cyber) with a particular focus on global and multilateral engagement and in support for rights-respecting and inclusive policy and standards processes.
