Biographies Liangliang ZhangITU-T SG16 Q22 Associate rapporteur Ms. Liangliang ZHANG is the Associate rapporteur of SG16 Question22 regarding to distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and related services. She has been dedicated to the standardization and industry development of DLT since 2017, and she is the director of DLT standardization in Huawei. She was the WG3 Chairman of ITU-T Focus Group on Data Processing and Management to support IoT and Smart Cities & Communities (FG DPM), and was in charge of the data sharing, interoperability and blockchain. She is also the Vice-Chairman on Industry Blockchain working group in China Communication Standards Association (CCSA) TC13. She has more than 16 years’ experience on standardization for DLT as well as telecommunication areas, especially in standardization of the ITU-T, ISO, 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) and IEEE.
