Xueqin Jia got her PH.D degree from the Northeastern University of China in 2007, two years later, after finished her postdoctoral research, she joined China Unicom research institute. Her research area includes IoT technologies and their applications, specially edge computing, block chain, deterministic communication technologies and so on. From 2015 to now, she takes the responsibility of the Associated Rapporteur of Q.2/20 and actively participants SG20 activities.
