Meeting rooms within the Assembly premises at the Emperors Palace Convention Centre will be managed by the ITU Secretariat.

Participants wishing to reserve a room are requested to complete a Room Reservation Form.

Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis. During the Assembly, the Room Reservation Service will be located in Office Senate I - F.
