Fr�d�ric Delmond
currently works in the Network Architecture Centre in France T�l�com R&D, where is a R&D Unit manager. His current research activities include mobility management schemes in fixed networks and in next generation networks, future mobile systems, intelligent networks, protocols and network architecture for service control.
He has been strongly involved in standardisation, in 3G mobile systems: in particular he had an active role the 3G.IP forum and he had been appointed rapporteur of Q.7/SSG in ITU-T.
