Abstract

A new system architecture for IP-based mobile and broadband networks, which provides flexible, secure and versatile ubiquitous services are proposed. Standardization issues related to the architecture, particularly interworking between ITU/3GPP and IETF/IEEE802.11/OMA, etc., are discussed.
