Introduction
On Tuesday 13 July 2010, ITU-T’s secretariat, TSB, welcomed some Computer Science students and a professor from the
Sookmyung Women’s University, Republic of Korea.
A seminar was organized covering the following topics:
- ITU-T Overview
- Overview of ITU’s activities on Climate Change
- ITU-T SG5 activities on Climate Change
- Network aspects of CC and NGN and IPTV developments in ITU-T including Future Networks
- ITU-T Technology Watch and Bridging the Standardization Gap
- Initiatives to involve Academia in the standardization process
Objective
- Familiarize university students with ITU-T activities.
