Actions taken on Recommendations at the 22 June 2004 Meetings of WP 2, 3 and 4/13

The above Recommendations were sent to the Last Call period of the AAP-80, 1 July 2004. By the deadline of 28 July 2004, Recommendation G.820/I.351/Y.1501 received no comments and was therefore approved on 29 July 2004 (see AAP-82). ITU-T Recommendations Y.1414, Y.2001 and Y.2011 received comments. It was agreed to consider the comments to Recommendation Y.1414 as editorial. This Recommendation was therefore approved on 29 July 2004 (see AAP-84). Further to the comments resolution process, Y.2001 and Y.2011 were sent to the AR on 16 September 2004 (see AAP 85). By the deadline of 6 October 2004 both Recommendations received comments. The comment on Y.2011 was later withdrawn and Recommendation Y.2011 was therefore approved on 7 October 2004 (see AAP 87). The comment on Y.2001 was considered more than editorial. It was therefore agreed to consider the approval of Recommendation Y.2001 at the 7-17 December 2004 Study Group 13 meeting (see AAP-2). NOTES: ITU-T Recommendation Y.1313 (consented on 12 February 2004) received comments during the LC period (see AAP-71 ). Further to the Resolution of Comments process, this Recommendation was sent to the AR on 1 July 2004 (see AAP-80). By the deadline of 21 July 2004, Recommendation Y.1313 received no comments and was therefore approved on 22 July 2004 (see AAP-82). Recommendation Y.1271 could not be approved at the 3-12 February 2004 SG 13 meeting. This Recommendation has been approved at the WTSA-04 with further modifications, on 14 October 2004.

Recommendations Y.1310, Y.1313, Y.1413, Y.1530, Y.1561 and Y.1713 were put forward for Last Call on 16 February 2004 (AAP 71). By the deadline of 14 March 2004 Y.1310 and Y.1713 received no comments and were therefore approved on 15 March 2004 (see AAP 73). Further to the comment resolution process regarding Y.1413, it was agreed that the comments received were editorial. The Recommendation was therefore approved on 15 March 2004 (see AAP 74). Further to the comments resolution process, Recommendations Y.1530 and Y.1561 were put forward for Additional Review on 16 April 2004 (AAP 75). Recommendations I.371, Y.140.1, Amendment 1 to Y.1221 and Y.1291 were put forward for Last Call on 1 March 2004 (AAP 72). By the deadline of 28 March 2004, Recommendations I.371, Y.140.1 and Amendment 1 to Y.1221 received no comments and were therefore approved on 29 March 2004 (AAP 74). Further to the comments resolution process, Recommendation Y.1291 was put forward for Additional Review on 16 April 2004 (AAP 75). By the deadline of 6 May 2004, Y.1530, Y.1561 and Y.1291 received no comments and were therefore approved on 7 May 2004 (see AAP 77).

The proposal to delete Recommendations I.620 was conveyed to the ITU Member States and ITU-T Sector Members in TSB Circular 227 dated 8 March 2004, in order to identify if there was any objection to its deletion.

**Revised Recommendation I.371 incorporates the requirements contained in Recommendation I.371.1. Further to the approval of Recommendation I.371 (see above) the proposal for deletion of Recommendations I.371.1 was conveyed to the ITU Member States and ITU-T Sector Members in TSB Circular 233 dated 15 April 2004, in order to identify if there was any objection to its deletion.
