With 55 days to go before the Global Symposium for Regulators that will take place at the Hilton Colombo Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka from 2 to 4 October 2012, it is now time to make your travel arrangements.

To avail yourself of special rates provided by the Host Country, you are now invited to make your reservations using the online form. After you submit your confirmation ID received from ITU and email address given at the time of registration, you will access your private page. Click on "pending" next to "Hotel reservation" to proceed with the booking. You can return to your private page at any time to see the status of your hotel reservation.

Deadline

The International Twenty20 Cricket Tournament (World T20) scheduled to take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka during the GSR/RA has created an acute shortage of hotel rooms. A number of rooms have been block-booked by TRCSL for GSR registered participants.

Airport transfers

To avail yourself of the free transfers between Colombo International airport and any of the official hotels, please provide your flight information via the online form or directly to Mr H.P. Karunarathna at hpkaru@trc.gov.lk. Only delegates having submitted their flight information will be met by a representative of TRCSL at the GSR delegates� welcome counter set up in the arrival area of the airport.
