technology not only has the potential to become the third broadband pipe
into homes in the well served areas, but is beginning to provide one of the
most efficient solution for innovative and high-speed broadband services
to consumers in remote and underserved areas. The Seminar will examine
the technological, economic and regulatory factors that influence the
availability and deployment of wireless broadband services. The event
will provide an opportunity for wireless broadband business, technology
and regulatory experts to share their knowledge, experiences and views
