The Indicators workshop on community access to ICTs, organized jointly
by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU)'s Telecommunication
Development Bureau (BDT) and the Undersecretary of Communications of Mexico,
took place in Mexico City between the 6th and 8th of October 2003.
The objective of the workshop was to address the subject of "Indicators
on community access to ICTs". The workshop
discussed and identified criteria to be taken into consideration with regard to
the formulation of these indicators and formulated a recommendation.
