Online Forum Pre-Registration and Fellowship Application (for eligible LDCs in the Africa region and Arab States)

Please note that online forum pre-registration is required for all participants.

Forum participation is open to all ITU Member States, Sector Members, Associates in Africa and the Arab States, and other interested stakeholders, including representatives from regional and international organizations.

ITU will provide one fellowship for each eligible delegation duly authorized by their respective ITU Administration in least developed countries (LDCs) in the Africa region and Arab States, subject to available budget, for participating in this meeting.

Requests for fellowships may be obtained within the budget available on the basis of one participant from a least developed country and from countries with a GDP per capita less than 2'000 USD with priority to LDCs.

To request a fellowship, you must first register online and click the appropriate box on the form. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive the form to use to request a fellowship.

You are requested to fill it out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration who should sign it and stamp it stamped (official stamp of the administration). Once complete, you may either scan it and e-mail it to ITU Fellowship Services at bdtfellowships (at) itu.int OR fax it to +41 22 730 5778. Only requests that have fulfilled all conditions will be considered.

Please note that it is no longer possible to submit fellowship applications for this event. The deadline was 15 May 2009.
