Meeting rooms within the RPM premises at the
Shangri-La Hotel will be managed by the ITU Secretariat.
Delegations wishing to reserve a room may contact ITU
Secretariat at Perak Room, Basement 2, Shangri-La Hotel.
Requests will be processed on a first come first served
basis.
