HCDF:

Pre-registrations should be confirmed not later than Monday 6 July 2009, except for fellows who need to register and send their fellowship applications by 10 June 2009 at the latest.

The deadline for sending the fellowship form is 10 June 2009

RPM-AFR:

Pre-registrations should be confirmed not later than 9 July 2009, except for fellows. Fellows need to register no later than 10 June 2009 in order to be able to submit their fellowship request before the deadline.

The deadline for sending the fellowship form is 19 June 2009.

Onsite registration:

A Registration Desk will be set up in the Speke Resort Munyonyo and will operate during the following hours:

• 8 July: from 07h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30

• 9-10 July: from 8h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30 

• 11 July: 14h00 to 17h00

• 12 July from 10h00 to 18h00

• 13 July from 07h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30

• 14-15 July from 08h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h30
