This Recommendation addresses the practical guide concerning the lightning protection, earthing and bonding, and safety consideration of 5G radio base station (RBS) sites. The purpose of this Recommendation is to give detailed guidance on protection procedures, so that an engineer who is not a lightning protection expert can accomplish the design of the lightning protection, earthing and bonding, and safety consideration of an RBS by following the guidelines contained in this Recommendation.
