This draft Recommendation provides the motivation and background of the S-NICE enhancements for supporting distributed implementation based on distributed ledger technology, specifies functional architecture enhancements for the support of distributed ledger technology in S-NICE environment, and defines related references points of distributed S-NICE. This draft Recommendation will build on published S-NICE related Recommendations including [ITU-T Y.3321] and [ITU-T Y.3322], and the content of this draft recommendation will be aligned with [ITU-T Y.SNICE-DLT-reqts] which specifies the capabilities requirements of distributed S-NICE.
