Summary: This draft Recommendation describes the requirements for smart maintenance of cell antennae. The base station account data includes antenna longitude and latitude of location, azimuth, downtilt angle, power and other core working parameters. Since the antenna location (or site) and azimuth are key parameters for locating network users, keeping them in good maintenance is essential. The goal of the draft is to explain the requirements of using AI technology to process the big data from network side and calculate cell site and azimuth, and then provide recommendations for correction based on the comparison with current network configuration. This Recommendation covers the following aspects: 1) functional requirements; 2) use cases.
