Recently, generative AI technology has been receiving a lot of attention in the ICT field. Using the technology, people can ask questions in an expert domain and gets comparably satisfying answers in a natural language. The issue here is that the user is not given any explanation on the basis of the answers. To improve a question answering system, we designed an explainable decision support system that provides natural language explanation through interaction with the human users in addition to the answers. The feedbacks from the user are reflected in the system for the better answers at a later time. This Recommendation defines framework and requirements for explainable decision support system based on human-machine interaction.
